SERIES 67
ALFA HI-FLOW butterfly valve, wafer type with centric disc, one piece shaft supported by bronze radial bearings for smooth operation, rubber lined body. The rubber liner is vulcanized on a phenolic ring which forms a cartridge inserted in the body ensuring reduced torque and a longer lifespan. This line extends along the valve face, eliminating the use of gaskets. The body with centering holes for east pipe alignment is suitable for mounting between flange according to DIN PN6/10/16, ASME 150# and JIS 10K. Face-to-Face dimensions are according to ISO5752/EN558 basic series 20, API 609, DIN 3202 K1 and BS 5155. For easy adaption of both manual and automatic actuators, the valve is executed with a top flange according to ISO5211 standard. Furthermore, this valve has an extended neck for isolation purposes and with a external fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) coating for environmental protection of the body. Applications of series 67W butterfly valves can be found among others in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC), cooling water systems, general industrial and maritime systems with pressure up to 16 bar (PN16 execution).
